Who takes your money, and what your bank will call it

Get Harder‘s pricing page says payment is 100% anonymous. Its own footer publishes the billing descriptor: Get-harder.today.

Those two statements sit on the same website. One of them describes what your bank will print next to the amount, and it is not the reassuring one.

Every review we publish records the company behind the product. All nineteen name one somewhere — four of them without a registration number to check it against — which makes it one of the easier facts to establish here, and it sits next to the hardest, because the line your bank prints usually appears only once a purchase has completed. So we put all nineteen side by side: the legal entity, where it is registered, and what lands on the statement. Our checklist already warns that the statement may name the product. This is the full picture underneath that warning.

Who you are actually paying

Ordered by country of registration, because that turns out to be the most interesting column.

Entities and registration numbers as published by each platform on its own terms, privacy policy or footer, read between 13 and 21 August 2026. Four were independently confirmed against a public register — Promptchan at Ireland’s Companies Registration Office, Dreamz.ai at the Cyprus company register, DarLink AI at the Swiss commercial register, and Xotic AI at Estonia’s e-Business Register, which lists the company as registered but also carries a deletion notice against it. A Cyprus Government Gazette record corroborates Swipey AI’s incorporation without confirming its current office. The other fifteen are reported as each platform states them, and four publish no registration number at all. We did not verify corporate standing, and a published registration number is not proof that a company is in good order. NT means we did not reach a payment screen showing the descriptor — it is not a finding about the platform.

Ten of nineteen have a company registered in Cyprus

That is the number that jumps out, and it needs handling carefully, because the obvious reading is the wrong one.

Cyprus is an EU member state. A Cypriot company selling to a European consumer is bound by the same consumer-protection directives, the same GDPR, the same distance-selling withdrawal rules as a German or Irish one. There is nothing improper about the jurisdiction, and ten platforms choosing it says more about corporate-services availability and tax treatment than about how they treat customers.

What it does change is who you would deal with if something went wrong. A dispute with Get Harder, Kupid AI, GoLove AI, Swipey AI, Dreamz.ai, Lovescape, Xtease or Joi AI outside the US routes to a Cypriot entity, a Cypriot consumer authority and, if it ever came to it, Cypriot courts. Two more are mixed cases rather than clean ones. OurDream AI displays a US company and a Cypriot one side by side in its footer without explaining which does what; GPTGirlfriend lists three at once — Canadian, American and Cypriot — of which NextDay AI EU Ltd in Limassol is the one a European reader would presumably be contracting with. Two of the ten sit at the same Limassol address.

The rest of the map is thin and worth noting for contrast: one company each in Malta, Slovakia, Ireland, Estonia, Germany and Switzerland, two in the United States alone, and one that names itself but not its country.

Two platforms, one company

Lovescape and Xtease are published by Warmtech Ltd, registration HE 418620, at the same Limassol address. That is not an inference from a shared visual style: both services’ current legal pages name the same company, the same number and the same office, and Xtease’s own policy pages still carry Lovescape names and URLs in places.

They are ranked separately because we score products, not corporations, and their scores land close but not identical — 5.1 each on our grid, reached by slightly different routes. But anyone treating them as two independent options to compare is comparing one company with itself. It also means a single deletion request, a single dispute or a single change of policy plausibly touches both.

One platform changes company depending on where you live

Joi AI publishes two contracts. Its non-US terms and privacy policy, both dated 4 June 2026, identify Novi Limited, HE 407352, in Nicosia. Its US terms, dated 14 June 2026, identify Lanoto Solutions Inc., in New Rochelle, New York.

Two entities, two jurisdictions, one product. Which one you are contracting with depends on where you open the page, and neither document explains the relationship between them. It would be inaccurate to describe either as the operator of Joi AI, which is why our review names both.

DONDI has a milder version of the same ambiguity: its Terms name Techcommerce Unlimited at a Tustin, California address, while its public footer says “Powered by dondi.ai Labs Inc.” The relationship is not explained anywhere we could find.

Four name a company you cannot look up

This is the finding we did not expect, because one of the four is at the top of our ranking.

GPTGirlfriend scores 7.5 out of 10 — the highest on our grid — and names three companies without a single registration number between them. Its privacy notice goes further and identifies no controller at all: it names the product, then refers to a controller “within our team”. Its scores on chat quality and roleplay are the best we have measured — 8.6 and 8.2 — and none of that tells you which of the three holds your card details.

The other three are simpler. Kindroid names BEAUTIFULLY INCORPORATED at a Los Angeles address, with no state of incorporation and no number. Secrets.ai names Secret Labs Inc. and no country. DONDI names Techcommerce Unlimited in its Terms and “dondi.ai Labs Inc.” in its footer, and explains neither.

DarLink AI is the counter-example, and it is worth the contrast: it names FameLink SA with a Swiss UID, which we found in the commercial register — and it is one of only two platforms whose descriptor names the product itself. You can find out exactly who is charging you, and so can everyone with access to your account.

None of these gaps is illegal everywhere, and none is evidence of wrongdoing. What a missing number costs you is concrete: a company name you cannot find in a register is a name, not an identity — no authority to write to, no addressee for a chargeback or a data request.

What your bank will actually show

We established the descriptor on six of the nineteen, and they fall into two clean families.

Four print the operator’s name, which is discreet largely by accident. Candy AI bills as EverAI, Secrets.ai as S LABS INC., Dream Companion as Miracle AI and FLIRTcam.AI as DevPro s.r.o. Nitra. None of those tells a casual reader what was bought. None of them is anonymity either: a line on a statement, with a date and an amount, is a fact about you that someone else can see.

Two print the product. DarLink AI documents DARLINK AI in its Terms; Get Harder publishes Get-harder.today in its footer, on the same site that advertises anonymous payment. Both are disclosed in advance, which is the honest thing to do — and both are exactly what a reader worried about discretion needs to know before entering a card.

Two answer without answering. Joi AI’s purchase screen states that no adult transaction will appear on your statement, which is a company claim we have no way to verify. Xotic AI declines to publish the wording at all, says billing “is designed to be discreet” and directs you to support. A third, Kindroid, simply does not document it anywhere — which is at least unambiguous.

On the remaining ten it is NT, and the reason matters: the descriptor usually appears only at the final payment step. Establishing it means completing a purchase. That is why almost nobody publishes this table, and why the honest version of it has holes.

What this changes in practice

Discretion is a property of the descriptor, not of the marketing. Two platforms advertising anonymous or discreet payment publish, elsewhere on the same site, either the product name or nothing at all. The claim and the mechanism are written by different people.

A registration number is worth more than a reassuring sentence. Nine Cypriot numbers, one Maltese, one Slovak, one Irish, one Estonian, one German, one Swiss: each of those fifteen can be looked up in a public register, and four of them we looked up. A company name with no number behind it cannot.

Comparing two products can mean comparing one company. Lovescape and Xtease share an operator, a registration number and an address.

The jurisdiction decides your recourse, not your risk. Cyprus is inside the EU and its consumer rules travel with it. What changes is the address you would write to, and the language you would write in.
