Lovescape review 2026: clear prices, serious privacy gaps

Lovescape is a browser-based adult AI companion platform built around fictional character creation, chat, roleplay, images, videos, voice and a public creator ecosystem. Its current interface is unusually clear about the totals behind its Premium, Creative Pro and Ultra plans, and its creator exposes realistic and anime styles plus an adult-age control.

This is not a performance-led endorsement. The August 21 refresh was deliberately read-only: we did not send a message, complete a character, generate media, start Talk, subscribe, cancel, request a refund or delete the account. More importantly, Lovescape’s public privacy marketing conflicts with its formal policies on chat storage, automated moderation, trackers, sharing and retention. Those contradictions matter more than polished controls.

We use three labels. Tested means an action was completed in the stated account with a recorded result. Documented means a current first-party interface or policy states it. NT means not tested or not sufficiently established. A visible button, allowance or marketing promise is not proof of output quality.

• switched among current Premium billing periods and recorded the complete USD totals;
• inspected current Creative Pro and Ultra displays, included Chips and visible per-action Chip costs;
• confirmed that the account exposed a “Free forever” state and a Delete account control without activating it;
• confirmed that the creator exposed realistic/anime routes and an adult age slider; and
• captured 11 fresh, distinct 1600 × 900 evidence frames without submitting an account-changing action.

These completed navigation and inspection actions establish what the interface displayed, not whether companion or generation outputs are good.

No message was sent, character submitted, image or video generated, Talk session started, subscription or Chip pack purchased, setting changed, cancellation requested, refund requested or account deletion started during the refresh.

What is Lovescape, and who is behind it?

Lovescape presents itself as an adults-only web platform for creating and interacting with fictional AI companions. The signed-in navigation exposed discovery, video, feed, gallery, chat, character and creation areas. The Terms define a Companion as an artificial, non-real character that can communicate through messages and voice notes and generate images and video.

The Privacy Policy names Warmtech Ltd, Cyprus registration HE 418620, with its registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou 75, Flat/Office 102, Potamos Germasogeias 4042, Limassol, Cyprus. It gives [email protected] as the contact address.

The Terms displayed “Effective Aug 21 2026” and “Last modified Jan 10 2025”; Privacy displayed the same effective date and “Last modified Jun 04 2024.” Because the effective field matched the inspection date while the modification fields were much older, we treat those dates as odd dynamic page output rather than proof that the policies were substantively revised that day.

Chat, memory and relationship behavior

Chat quality and corrected memory are NT

The interface exposes Chats, and Lovescape documents stored chat history and advanced memory as part of higher plans. We did not send a benchmark message. Naturalness, factual stability, empathy, exact-format compliance, persona consistency, seeded recall, correction of one fact while preserving others and resistance to an unknown-fact trap are all NT.

The Terms identify companions as artificial and non-real. That is useful disclosure at policy level, but we did not ask a companion directly whether it was human, conscious or emotionally dependent. AI-identity honesty inside conversation is therefore NT.

Dependency, commercial honesty, consent and STOP

We did not test whether a companion discourages social isolation, respects a stated budget or avoids tying affection to payment. We also did not run an adult escalation and withdrawal sequence. Consent recognition, first-response STOP compliance and whether sexual content stays stopped are NT. Moderation rules cannot substitute for those behavioral tests.

Adult access and moderation

Lovescape requires registration by email plus a declaration that the user is at least 18 and has reached the legal age in their jurisdiction. The reviewed first-party material did not document routine ID, selfie, payment-card or third-party age verification for ordinary access. An 18+ gate is not identity verification.

The Content Moderation Policy says prompts, messages, generated images and videos receive automated checks. It says three or more violations escalate to human review and public character profiles and posts receive human review within 24 hours. The Terms separately reserve access, review, editing and removal powers over Content. This does not prove that every private conversation is continuously read by a person, but it directly conflicts with any broad impression that chats are wholly inaccessible to the operator.

The policy prohibits sexual content involving minors, non-consensual material, real-person impersonation without permission and other harmful or illegal categories. We did not challenge a filter, test a false positive or file an appeal.

Character creation and the creator ecosystem

The live creator exposed female/male choices, realistic and anime styles and a fictional age slider from 18+ to 55+. One observed state displayed age 21. No character was submitted, so face consistency, personality depth, voice fit, persistence, privacy defaults and edit/delete behavior are NT.

The unusual part of Lovescape is its creator ladder. Premium advertises publishing and a 15% referral share; Creative Pro and Ultra advertise creator badges, advanced chat memory, watermark-free downloads and 30% referral earnings. Free showed 10% referral earnings. These are live plan claims. We did not publish a character, receive a referral payment or validate revenue accounting.

The two creator screenshots are retained in the evidence archive but not embedded because their decorative backgrounds contain nudity, explicit wording or signed-in account state.

Images, video, Talk and voice

Lovescape exposed current image, video and Talk controls, but none was activated. A default two-image state displayed 18 Chips, equivalent to 9 Chips per image. A default five-second Unbound video displayed 90 Chips, while another model choice displayed 180 Chips. Talk displayed 135 Chips.

Those figures prove only the debits shown before generation. They do not establish image anatomy, prompt adherence, identity consistency, video motion, duration delivered, audio synchronization, voice naturalness, response latency or refunds after failures.

Free tier

The connected account displayed a “Free forever” state. In the visible comparison, NSFW mode and 10% referral earnings were checked; image/video generation, hot roleplays, voice messages, top models, publishing, 600 monthly Chips, watermark-free downloads and advanced memory were crossed out. The private settings frame is excluded from the article even though it supports this audit.

The account header displayed a 40-Chip balance elsewhere, but its origin, replenishment cadence and relationship to free access were not established. Numeric free message and character limits remain NT. A visible generator is not proof that a free user can complete the action.

Lovescape pricing

These USD prices were displayed in the connected account on 21 August 2026. No purchase, tax calculation or checkout-country confirmation was completed.

The monthly equivalents on longer plans are arithmetic display rates, not monthly payment options. Ultra’s “lifetime” means the lifetime of the service under the Terms; discontinuation does not create a documented refund promise except where mandatory law overrides.

Prices checked in August 2026 and read from one signed-in account whose checkout country and tax were not confirmed. The discounted monthly figures on longer terms are display equivalents, not payment options — verify the complete charge at your own checkout before paying.

Chips and cost per action

Lovescape’s Chips guide says purchased Chips are tied to the account, do not expire, are non-refundable and can be bought only by active subscribers. Current standalone pack sizes and prices were not captured, so cash value per purchased Chip is NT.

If all of Premium’s documented 600 monthly Chips were spent on one observed action type, they would cover about 66 single images at 9 Chips, 33 two-image batches at 18 Chips, six 90-Chip videos, three 180-Chip videos or four 135-Chip Talk actions. These are alternative whole-action counts, not benefits received together, and no output was completed.

Privacy and discretion

The homepage made unusually broad promises including no logs, no trackers, no sharing, end-to-end encryption, two-factor authentication, instant deletion and no training. We could not technically validate those claims. The formal documents paint a materially more complex picture.

The Privacy Policy says Lovescape may collect email and IP data, technical and usage information, cookies and navigation, communications and chats, submitted content, purchase and financial data and marketing information. It describes sharing with group companies and providers for payments, analytics, security and support, as well as authorities, advisers and business successors. It also contemplates transfers outside the EEA with safeguards.

Retention is stated without a fixed universal period: data may remain as long as needed for stated purposes and for disputes, legal duties or technical reasons. Erasure can be requested at [email protected], with a stated target of one month; future access and saved data are described as deleted, subject to legal and technical exceptions. We did not execute deletion or inspect backend copies.

Lovescape marketing says chats are not used for training, while the Terms grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free user-content licence for operating and improving the service and allow access for development. No clear model-training opt-out was identified. Training use is therefore contradictory or NT, not confirmed absent.

Cancellation, refunds and deletion

The Terms say subscriptions renew automatically for the same term. Users may cancel at any time and should retain access through the paid term, but the exact cutoff, settings flow and term-end behavior were not executed. Do not rely on “cancel anytime” as proof of operational ease.

Purchased Chips are documented as non-refundable. We found no equally clear standard subscription-refund window or explicit EU 14-day withdrawal workflow in the reviewed material. Mandatory consumer law may override contractual limits. Ultra’s service-lifetime wording does not document a discontinuation refund.

The signed-in settings area exposed a Delete account control, and the Privacy Policy offers email erasure. Neither route was started. Account deletion, restored access, retained backups and response time remain NT.

Reliability and comparison

The inspected plan, creator and policy pages loaded and allowed read-only navigation. That establishes basic web availability in one session, not message uptime, generation success rate, queue performance, cross-device synchronization or billing reliability.

Compared with a simple chat-only companion, Lovescape exposes a broader creator, media and referral stack. The trade-off is a more complicated subscription-plus-Chips economy and a privacy story that requires reading past the homepage promises. Users who mainly want dependable conversation should wait for chat and memory benchmarks; users focused on media should price the visible Chip debits before subscribing.

Every category stays in the denominator when evidence is NT. A neutral midpoint for untested chat and roleplay prevents absence of evidence from being presented as either success or failure; the text still labels both NT.

The exact total is 5.05/10, or 50.50/100 — it lands precisely on the rounding boundary and is rounded up once to the published 5.1/10. Pricing leads because totals and cadences were unusually legible. Privacy is the weakest category because first-party claims conflict. Chat and roleplay remain neutral-scored NT categories, while character and media scores reflect accessible controls rather than proven output quality.

Who should choose Lovescape?

Lovescape may suit adults who want to explore several fictional-companion and media controls before deciding which format matters. Start with the free account, avoid identifying details in chats and confirm the full charge and Chip debit before paying.

Privacy-sensitive users, people who need proven long-term memory, or creators who require clear commercial output rights should wait for stronger documentation and independent output tests. It is entertainment, not a person, therapist, emergency service or substitute for human relationships.

Final verdict

Lovescape combines unusually transparent price totals with a wide creative surface, but the evidence is much stronger for what the interface sells than for how its companions and generators perform. The privacy contradictions are substantial, and the limited refund and age-verification documentation add risk. Treat it as a cautious free-tier inspection, not a confident paid recommendation, until conversation, media and deletion are tested end to end.
