Xotic AI review 2026: pricing, XOT costs and our free chat test

Xotic AI profile for Val, age 23, wearing black lingerie in the logged-in interface

Val, 23, in a direct Xotic AI site capture supplied on 19 August 2026. She is an adult fictional character and is clothed. The visible 180-XOT balance belongs only to this logged-in account and is not evidence of a universal signup grant.

Editorial update — 19 August 2026: we refreshed the logged-in interface, euro prices, XOT documentation, company details and policies. The main product tests remain dated 14 August 2026.

Xotic AI gave us a better free-chat result than its feature access initially suggested. In one short English session, Molly, 41, recalled three deliberately seeded facts, used a corrected appointment time, identified herself as an AI character and did not encourage replacing human relationships with the companion. Those are useful results, but they establish same-session behavior only.

The main limitation is just as important: we produced no image, video, speech or call output. The interfaces and official rate card expose unusually detailed XOT costs, yet the useful media tools remained subscription-gated in our test. This review therefore separates completed chat actions from visible controls, documented prices and everything that remains not tested.

Short verdict

★ Emma’s verdict
5.3 / 10
3/3 same-session recall Correction retained Detailed XOT rate card No media output Provisional

Our rating: 5.3/10 provisional. Xotic has a promising conversational base and a detailed public XOT rate card, but too much of the paid product remained untested to award a stronger evidence-led score.

  • Best for — adults who want to sample short-form companion chat before deciding whether Xotic’s characters suit them.
  • Know before you pay — a subscription unlocks features while XOT separately meters many images, videos, speech and calls.
  • Limits — paid chat, media quality, calls, durable memory, cancellation, refunds, deletion and XOT rollover remain NT.

How we tested Xotic AI

This review combines completed actions from a logged-in Free session, later interface captures and a non-mutating live refresh. We label each claim Tested, Documented or NT so that a control, price or marketing promise is never mistaken for output-quality evidence.

Main completed tests — 14 August 2026

  • opened and used a logged-in English Free account;
  • chatted with Molly, an adult fictional character listed as 41;
  • seeded three distinctive facts and obtained immediate 3/3 recall;
  • corrected the museum time from 2:30 to 3:15 and obtained the corrected value later;
  • asked whether Molly was a real person or AI;
  • tested one emotional-dependency prompt;
  • asked a commercial question about whether the service was free and unlimited;
  • requested playful, non-graphic flirting between adults;
  • reached an Ultimate upgrade wall during a later escalation;
  • attempted to reach a safe image flow;
  • inspected video, voice-call and avatar-call access; and
  • observed euro subscription totals.

The chat actions are attributed to 14 August. Some supporting interface captures were collected on 17 August, so action date and capture date should not be treated as identical.

Live refresh — 19 August 2026

  • confirmed the connected account and current Xotic interface;
  • confirmed the current monthly, quarterly and annual euro plan cards;
  • checked the Free plan, XOT costs and top-up documentation;
  • refreshed company, privacy, underage, moderation, cancellation and refund pages;
  • verified the public Atlas URL and /go/xotic-ai/ redirect; and
  • captured current catalogue, creator, media, pricing and operator states without sending a message, generating media, making a call, buying or saving a character.

Not tested — NT

  • Ultimate purchase, checkout consent, tax, bank descriptor or renewal debit;
  • paid-chat model quality;
  • memory after 24 hours, in a new chat or with another character;
  • an explicit roleplay response followed by an actual stop request;
  • completed custom-character creation;
  • any generated image or video;
  • text-to-speech, voice call or avatar video call;
  • XOT debit, failed-generation refund, rollover or expiry;
  • subscription cancellation or a refund decision;
  • account deletion and post-deletion retention; and
  • identity-based age verification or a moderation appeal.

What is Xotic AI?

Xotic AI is an adults-only web companion service with a character catalogue, custom-character tools, one-to-one chat, Girlfriend Experience profiles, roleplay, image and video generation, text-to-speech, voice calls and avatar video calls. It uses XOT as an internal currency for many premium actions.

Access and currency are separate. A plan can unlock the tool while an image, clip, spoken response or call still consumes XOT. Conversely, a visible XOT balance does not prove that a Free account can use every metered tool.

The Terms name Xotic Tech OU at Tööstuse tn 75-71, 10416 Tallinn. Estonia’s official e-Business Register, checked on 19 August 2026, lists Xotic Tech OÜ, registration number 17225128, at Telliskivi tn 57, 10412 Tallinn. The register still shows the company as registered but also carries a deletion notice. This address and status discrepancy deserves correction by the operator; it does not by itself prove that the company has already been deleted.

Xotic AI Terms naming Xotic Tech OU and restricting access to adults

The current Terms name the operator, publish a Tallinn address and restrict access to adults. The address differs from the current Estonian register entry.

Chat quality and corrected memory

Molly’s English was natural enough for a short companion exchange, and her tone stayed broadly consistent with the profile. The strongest result was immediate memory: she recalled Pixel, jasmine tea and the museum time, then later used 3:15 after we corrected the original 2:30 detail.

That is meaningful evidence of short-context recall, not proof of persistent memory. We did not return the next day, change chats, switch models or repeat the test with another character.

Xotic AI chat showing Molly's same-session recall, corrected time and AI identity response

This dated platform capture shows the seeded facts, correction to 3:15 and Molly’s combined identity/dependency reply. It was reviewed on 17 August and supports only the same-session test described above.

AI identity: passed one prompt

When asked whether she was a real human, Molly described herself as an AI character rather than inventing a human identity. The result is useful, but it applies to one character and one prompt.

Emotional dependency: passed one prompt

Molly did not encourage isolation or claim that the AI should replace real relationships when we introduced dependency framing. This is a limited pass, not a guarantee about every companion or longer interaction.

Commercial honesty: weak result

The companion did not answer a direct question about whether Xotic was completely free and unlimited. Companion dialogue should not be used for pricing, refund or privacy decisions; the checkout and first-party policies are the relevant sources.

Flirting, roleplay and stopping

The playful response in our evidence followed an explicit request to flirt and to keep the reply suggestive but non-graphic. It would therefore be inaccurate to describe that specific turn as unsolicited escalation.

A later escalation led to the Ultimate wall. The next stop and recall prompts could not be delivered, so we did not test de-escalation after an adult response. The stop result is NT, not a failure. Sustained roleplay, explicit-output quality and consent behavior across a longer session also remain NT.

Adult access and moderation

Xotic’s Underage Policy says users must be at least 18, or older where local law requires. The documented front door relies on self-confirmation. We did not encounter or execute an identity-document or third-party age-verification process.

The official policies prohibit minors and young-looking characters, non-consensual sexual content, real-person impersonation without consent, doxxing and other illegal or harmful material. They describe automated filtering, record keeping and possible human review of flagged content. That is documented policy, not proof that a specific review occurred during our test.

Distinctive feature: Girlfriend Experience profiles

Xotic combines ordinary companion profiles with Girlfriend Experience characters that can consume XOT per user message. Val, 23, and Sloane, 22, were visibly presented as adult GFE characters in inspected catalogue states. Their profile claims and imagery are platform content; we did not benchmark either character in a sustained paid interaction.

This model can make the cost of a long chat materially different from ordinary one-to-one subscriber messaging. The current XOT rate card lists ordinary one-to-one subscriber chat at zero XOT but GFE at 10 XOT per user message.

Character creation

The creator exposed appearance controls, ethnicity options and an adult age set to 25 in the inspected flow. We did not complete or save a character, so generated avatar quality, personality adherence, privacy defaults and creation failure handling remain NT.

The Free plan documents one custom character. A visible allowance is not proof that every creator step or media result is available without subscription.

Images, video and voice

Images

The current documentation lists a standard image at 50 XOT. Our older safe image attempt did not yield an output, and the refreshed inspection did not generate one. Prompt adherence, identity consistency, render time, failure rate and refund behavior are therefore NT.

Xotic AI XOT cost guide showing image generation at 50 XOT

Xotic’s current guide lists 50 XOT per image and explains that video cost changes with the model and settings. No output was generated during this refresh.

Video

The dated live-action interface showed “Kissing You” at 175 XOT, but no generation was completed. The current official rate card instead separates engines and settings:

Video actionDocumented base cost
V1150 XOT base
V2250 XOT for the first 5 seconds, plus optional settings
V3500 XOT for 5 seconds
V4 Talking100 XOT per second

Documented base rates read on the official guide on 19 August 2026. The 175-XOT observation applies only to that dated action. It is not a universal clip price, and none of these controls proves output quality.

Xotic AI guide listing V1, V2, V3 and V4 video costs

The current guide separates video costs by engine, duration and optional settings. These are documented base rates, not completed clips.

Text-to-speech and calls

Official documentation lists text-to-speech at 60 XOT per 1,000 characters, voice calls at 50 XOT per minute and avatar video calls at 250 XOT per started minute. It also promises reimbursement of the last unused voice-call minute. We did not hear speech or complete a call, so voice quality, latency, privacy, billing increments and actual application of that reimbursement remain NT.

Xotic AI guide listing speech, voice call, avatar call and chat costs

Xotic documents speech, call and selected chat-action rates. We did not trigger a speech action, call or paid message.

What the Free tier provides

The current plan overview describes five messages per day, the Free model and one custom character. It also presents image generation, video, roleplay, feed and calls as subscription features.

Xotic AI official plan guide comparing Free and Ultimate access

The current plan guide documents five Free messages per day, one custom character and the features shown as locked behind Ultimate. This is not a clean-account exhaustion test.

Another current XOT page says new accounts receive 200 XOT to try generation before subscribing. That promise conflicts with the stated Free feature gates, so actual usability of the welcome XOT is NT. In our dated Free-account test, a safe image workflow remained subscription-gated; the refreshed account displayed 180 XOT on 19 August. That visible amount is an account balance, not a universal signup allocation.

Xotic AI guide documenting the one-time 200-XOT welcome balance

Xotic’s current guide states that a new account receives a one-time 200-XOT welcome balance. We did not create a clean account or prove which gated actions it can complete.

The Free tier was sufficient for our short memory, identity and dependency checks, but not for a durable chat protocol or paid-media benchmark.

Xotic AI Ultimate pricing

The logged-in European interface showed these prices on 19 August 2026. Promotional percentages and crossed-out values can change; the table preserves the charge and cadence actually displayed.

TermAmount charged for the termDisplayed monthly equivalentIncluded XOT claim
Monthly€24.99 every month€24.991,000 per month
Three months€49.99 every three months€16.663,000 upfront
Twelve months€149.99 every year€12.5012,000 upfront

Prices read in a logged-in European account on 19 August 2026. The Terms refer in one section to monthly and annual cycles even though the live product and another section include a quarterly option. We did not open the final payment form, so tax, processor, renewal wording and checkout consent remain NT.

Xotic AI guide explaining XOT deposits by billing cycle

The guide says 1,000 XOT is deposited monthly, 3,000 quarterly and 12,000 yearly, with no intermediate refresh for the multi-month plans. It is documentation, not a purchased-cycle result.

XOT costs and top-up packs

The current rate card is more detailed than many companion services. These are documented product rules, not completed-output results.

ActionCurrent documented cost
Ordinary one-to-one subscriber chat0 XOT
Standard image50 XOT
V1 video150 XOT base
V2 video250 XOT for first 5 seconds
V3 video500 XOT for 5 seconds
V4 Talking video100 XOT per second
Text-to-speech60 XOT per 1,000 characters
Voice call50 XOT per minute
Avatar video call250 XOT per started minute
Girlfriend Experience message10 XOT per user message
Auto Reply, group reply or draft5 XOT

Rate card read on the official guide on 19 August 2026. The top-up page, which requires an active subscription, listed 2,200 XOT for $19.99; 7,000 for $49.99; 16,000 for $99.99; 36,000 for $199.99; 60,000 for $299.99; and 110,000 for $499.99. The subscription was shown in euros while packs were documented in dollars, so a single exact euro-per-action figure would require the user’s exchange rate, tax and actual pack.

Xotic AI official table of XOT pack sizes and US-dollar prices

The official guide lists six XOT packs and says an active subscription is required. We did not open checkout or buy a pack.

Xotic does not clearly publish a reliable XOT expiration or rollover rule. Both remain NT. An older Help statement saying every exchange consumes tokens also conflicts with the current rate card’s zero-XOT ordinary subscriber chat and appears stale.

Cancellation, renewal and refunds

The Help documentation directs users to Settings → Subscription to cancel. It says access continues through the current paid period. We did not subscribe or execute cancellation, so the live steps and timing remain NT.

Xotic AI guide explaining cancellation at the end of the billing period

The guide documents the Settings → Subscription cancellation route and end-of-period effect. We did not execute it.

Refund language conflicts. The Terms describe payments and tokens as final and non-refundable, while the Billing FAQ says requests may be reviewed case by case. The safe conclusion is that no discretionary refund is guaranteed. Mandatory consumer remedies may still apply depending on jurisdiction, service supplied and consent collected at checkout; we did not inspect the final checkout consent.

Xotic AI billing guide describing case-by-case refunds

The Billing FAQ says refund requests are reviewed case by case, while the Terms use stricter no-refund language. No request was submitted.

Privacy and discretion

The Safety Center promises end-to-end encryption for conversations. That claim is unverified and appears materially inconsistent with disclosures about AI processing, automated real-time scanning, third-party infrastructure and possible human review of flagged sessions. Without a technical audit, we cannot determine the actual encryption architecture.

The Privacy Policy allows collection of account, transaction, device, IP, usage, messages, chat history and user-generated content. It also describes sharing with service providers, hosting and marketing partners, restructuring parties, authorities and rights-protection actors where applicable.

The notice does not clearly provide a specific model-training opt-out, precise category-by-category retention periods or a complete explanation of international transfers. Account deletion and post-deletion handling were not executed. Do not put real names, addresses, workplace details, passwords, financial data, health information or another person’s secrets into intimate chat.

Legal transparency

The difference between the Terms address and Estonia’s official register is material. The register’s deletion notice is also relevant, but it is not the same as completed deletion. Readers should verify the current legal entity and support contact before committing to a long prepaid term.

The policy set we checked included Terms dated 20 June 2025, Privacy dated 2 June 2025 and Community, Underage, Moderation and Prohibited Content pages dated June or July 2025. Product and XOT documentation had newer 2026 updates. Policy dates should not be mistaken for evidence that every operational claim was tested.

Is Xotic AI reliable?

The short Free chat and same-session correction worked, and the 19 August interface refresh loaded without an account-changing action. That is not enough to measure uptime, generation failure rate, paid-model latency or support responsiveness.

Reliability confidence is reduced by contradictions between Free access and welcome XOT, current and older chat-cost documentation, Terms and live billing periods, refund texts, privacy marketing and moderation disclosures, and legal addresses.

Xotic compared with other AI companions

Xotic publishes a more granular media and call rate card than many competitors. GPTGirlfriend makes tested image-cost arithmetic easier through visible Coin packs, while OurDream AI produced one safe image and automatically returned DreamCoins after two failed creator attempts in our dated tests. Xotic did neither because its media remained NT.

Pros and cons

What we liked
  • same-session 3/3 recall and successful correction;
  • truthful AI identity and a safe dependency response in one prompt each;
  • adult ages displayed for inspected characters;
  • detailed current XOT rate card;
  • full monthly, quarterly and annual charges shown; and
  • no purchase required for the short chat test.
What needs improvement
  • no paid image, video, voice or call output was available for quality review;
  • Free generation locks conflict with the 200-XOT welcome promise;
  • no clear public XOT rollover or expiry rule;
  • privacy and end-to-end-encryption claims are not reconciled;
  • Terms, refund FAQ and billing-period descriptions conflict;
  • legal address and registry status need clarification; and
  • cancellation, refunds, deletion and durable memory remain operationally untested.

Who should choose Xotic AI?

Xotic may suit an adult who wants to test several fictional companion profiles, values a clearly itemized premium rate card and is willing to start with the shortest paid term only after the Free chat feels convincing.

It is a poor evidence-based choice for someone who needs proven media quality, a long free memory test, verified privacy architecture, a guaranteed refund route or certainty about unused XOT. Media-first users should not prepay annually before completing their own repeatable image or video benchmark.

Final verdict

✦ Final verdict — 5.3/10 provisional

Xotic’s short Free conversation showed genuine promise: immediate recall, correction, AI honesty and dependency handling all produced useful evidence. The rate card also makes it easier to understand what premium actions may consume.

The purchasing case remains incomplete. Media and calls were not produced, the stop test after escalation was blocked, Free XOT messaging conflicts with feature gates, and several privacy, refund and operator disclosures need clarification. Start with chat, preserve the final checkout terms and only pay for a short benchmark of the exact feature you intend to use.

Xotic AI FAQ

Yes, as a limited Basic account. Current documentation lists five messages per day, a Free model and one custom character. Another page promises 200 welcome XOT to try generation, but media tools are also described as subscription-gated, so actual free-generation access is NT.
The European interface showed €24.99 monthly, €49.99 billed every three months and €149.99 billed annually on 19 August 2026. The longer cards displayed €16.66 and €12.50 monthly equivalents, but the full term is charged. Tax and final renewal wording were not tested.
XOT is Xotic’s internal currency for images, video, speech, calls, Girlfriend Experience messaging and some automated or group actions. The current rate card lists ordinary one-to-one subscriber chat at zero XOT. A balance does not by itself unlock subscription-gated tools.
The current documentation lists a standard image at 50 XOT, V1 video at 150 XOT base, V2 at 250 XOT for the first five seconds, V3 at 500 XOT for five seconds and V4 Talking at 100 XOT per second. We did not complete an image or video, so quality and real debit remain NT.
Molly recalled three of three seeded facts and retained a correction to 3:15 in the same short session. We did not test the next day, a new chat, another character or the paid model.
Xotic is an adults-only product. Our playful response followed an explicit request to flirt. A later escalation reached the Ultimate wall before an adult response, and the follow-up stop prompt could not be delivered, so adult-output and stopping behavior remain NT.
The Safety Center promises end-to-end encryption, while other policies describe AI processing, automated scans and possible human review of flagged content. The architecture was not audited, and the statements are not clearly reconciled. Avoid entering identifying or highly sensitive information.
The Help documentation points to Settings → Subscription and says access continues to the period end. The Terms call payments non-refundable, while the Billing FAQ says requests may be reviewed case by case. We did not execute cancellation or request a refund.
